SCNU Delegation Visits Runjian Co., Ltd. to Explore Job Opportunities and Strengthen University-Enterprise Cooperation

On 21 April, Wang Chunchao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of SCNU, led a delegation to Runjian Co., Ltd. to explore employment opportunities for graduates, where he held discussions with Xu Wenjie, President of Runjian Co., Ltd. and an alumnus of SCNU, as well as other company representatives.Relevant faculty members from the Aberdeen Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at SCNU, together with faculty representatives from the University of Aberdeen, participated in this initiative.

During the symposium, Mr. Wang expressed his gratitude to Runjian Co., Ltd. for its support, provided an overview of SCNU’s development progress, and highlighted the distinctive features and talent training achievements of the Aberdeen Institute.

He emphasized that SCNU has always adhered to a social demand-oriented approach to talent training and expressed the hope of strengthening university-enterprise cooperation to facilitate high-quality employment for graduates. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the impact of AI technology on the talent structure, dynamic changes in enterprise job demands, and the cultivation of graduates’ core skills.


Mr. Xu extended a warm welcome to the delegation from his alma mater, provided a detailed account of Runjian’s development journey—from its foundation in communication services to its in-depth deployment in the AI field following its listing in 2018—and expressed his enthusiasm for deepening cooperation with SCNU as an alumnus.He expressed his intention to establish a two-way cooperative mechanism, promote the integration of industry, university and research, and provide more high-quality internships and employment positions for SCNU students to achieve win-win development for both parties.


The delegation also visited Runjian’s Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center, where they gained insights into the company’s progress in AI large model research and development, computing power infrastructure layout, and industrial ecology construction.
