Aberdeen Institute participated in 2025 UK-China Joint Institute Alliance Annual General Meeting and Transnational Education Conference
The 2025 UK-China Joint Institute Alliance Annual General Meeting and Transnational Education Conference were held on October 15-16 at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Co-hosted by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the UK-China Joint Institute Alliance, the event brought together 200 representatives from 50 joint institutes. Dean Zeng Biqing, Deputy Party Secretary Li Danling, Vice Dean Shen Yingshan, Vice Dean Chai Shaoming, and Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Hu Yiting attended the meeting. Vice Dean Chai Shaoming was invited to participate in the panel discussion on Digital Transformation, AI and Quality Enhancement in TNE.
The Aberdeen Institute delegation also visited the China-EU School of Law in China University of Political Science and Law. Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean He Xin of China-EU School of Law provided an overview of the school’s PGT program, including admissions, training models and curriculum. Both sides had in-depth discussions on student management, quality assurance, staff development, and the international students.
