On June 19th, Aberdeen Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, South China Normal University successfully held the UoA Graduation Ceremony 2025, which was presided over by Peter Edwards, Vice-Principal of the University of Aberdeen. Distinguished guests from provincial and municipal education authorities, SCNU and UoA university leadership, and students' families convened to witness this significant achievement alongside the first cohort of graduands.
Each graduand participated in the formal degree conferment process, receiving their University of Aberdeen degrees through traditional academic procession.
The first cohort of Aberdeen Institute graduates have attained remarkable academic distinction, with approximately 70% securing admission offers from world-renowned institutions across the United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, and China's mainland, etc.
