From Nov 29th to Dec 1st 2024, South China Normal University (SCNU) successfully held the "International Symposium on Cross-border Education High-level Development and Quality Assurance". The Symposium focused on quality assurance and sustainable development and innovation in the context of the opening-up and high-quality development of higher education. Renowned international and domestic experts were invited to deliver keynote speeches, participate in panel discussions, and conduct workshops on relevant topics. Panel 1 is focusing on the Quality Evaluation and Assurance of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education, while Panel 2 is dedicated to discussing the Practices and Challenges of High-quality Development of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education. The Symposium aims to gather Chinese and foreign educational resources to seek for future development of cross-border education, and to accelerate the transformation of SCNU Foshan Campus featuring "new engineering, internationalization, new business" and build the International Education Demonstration Zone.
