Aberdeen Institute Held the Second OMT Meeting in 2022
On December 9, the second Operation Management Team (OMT) meeting in 2022 of Aberdeen Institute was successfully held via online video conference. OMT members from SCNU and UoA reviewed and commented on agenda items including student recruitment and finance, staff recruitment, UoA teaching faculty visiting SCNU, academic role descriptors, lab co-construction, and staff development. Both sides also reached consensus on the minutes of the 1st OMT meeting in 2022, and listened to work report from the core OMT.
