Executive Dean of Aberdeen Institute Invited to Share on Conference Organized by Guangdong Provincial Department of Education
On May 13th , Jianli Wu, Executive Dean of Aberdeen Institute was invited to give a sharing speech as representative of South China Normal University, on the conference of international exchange and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs, organized by Guangdong Provincial Department of Education.
Jianli Wu shared experience of Sino-foreign joint education in Nanhai Campus of SCNU, focusing on cooperation foundation, management mechanism, quality assurance and suggestions. She emphasized that SCNU attaches great importance to the internationalization of Nanhai Campus, which boasts a history of 20 years in collaborating with foreign universities in different ways of cooperation, such as joint institutes, joint programs, articulation programs, international student programs and study-abroad training,etc. In the end, she also shared some thoughtful suggestions and initiatives that governments and universities can adopt in order to boost Sino-foreign joint education.
