一、招聘学院介绍

阿伯丁学院是华南师范大学与英国阿伯丁大学联合创建的非独立法人中外合作办学机构,于2021年5月正式获教育部批复设立,是华南师范大学的教学科研单位。阿伯丁学院是我国首个开办人工智能本科专业的中外合作办学机构,也是学校和佛山首个中外合作办学机构。阿伯丁学院办学规模为1200人,目前共有在籍学生727人,开设3个四年制本科专业,分别为:人工智能、软件工程、信息管理与信息系统,采取“4+0”“中外双注册”“中外双学位”培养模式。


二、招聘条件待遇

(一)青年拔尖人才

 1. 引进条件:自然科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过40周岁,人文社会科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过45周岁,已取得原创性科研成果并获同行专家认可,具备冲击国家人才的能力,能全英教学者。

 2. 引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。入编,聘任或优先聘任高级职务,提供有竞争力的年薪和房补,根据学科基础和实际研究确定科研启动经费。

(2)学院待遇。根据引进人才的类别和工作要求,提供一定的补贴和科研启动费,具体面议。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学和初中。


)骨干教师

1. 引进条件:原则上不超过50周岁,具有博士学历学位,拥有良好的学术声誉和学术领导能力,已取得国际同行公认的标志性成果,近五年科研成果丰富,能全英教学者。

2. 引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。入编,工资待遇按国家、广东省和学校有关规定执行。

(2)学院待遇。根据引进人才的类别和工作要求,提供一定的补贴和科研启动费,具体面议。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学和初中。


三)预聘制教学科研人员

1. 引进条件:符合学校基本招聘条件与学院招聘要求,获得博士学历学位。博士研究生不超过35周岁;留学取得海外博士学位的人员,或具有博士学位且有一年以上国(境)外科研工作经历的人员,或博士后出站人员,不超过40周岁;具有高级专业技术资格的人员不超过45周岁。优先考虑拥有海外学习或工作经历者,能全英教学者。

2. 引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。预聘制教学科研人员参编确定岗位,实行合同管理。工资薪金标准参照学校现行事业编制人员的分配办法执行;依法参加养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育等社会保险和缴存住房公积金,享受相应待遇。

2学院待遇。根据引进人才的类别和工作要求,提供一定的补贴和科研启动费,具体面议。

3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,可申请租住南海校区周转房(不再享受租房补贴)。


)一类青年英才

1. 引进条件:原则上年龄不超过35周岁,业绩特别突出的艺术学、哲学和人文社会科学学科申请者,可放宽至38周岁。具有良好的学术背景和突出的发展潜力,已取得高质量创新性科研成果,能全英教学者。

2. 引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。

基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额为32万元/年。聘期内取得高端业绩成果,纳入《华南师范大学高端代表性成果奖励办法(试行)》(华师 〔2022〕31号)予以奖励

(2)学院待遇。根据引进人才的类别和工作要求,提供一定的补贴和科研启动费,具体面议。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,可申请租住南海校区周转房(不再享受租房补贴)。


(五)二类青年英才

 1. 引进条件:原则上不超过32周岁,具有良好的学术背景、学术基础和发展潜力,并已取得创新性科研成果。符合进站条件的青年英才(博士后)同时纳入博士后管理,能全英教学者。

 2. 引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。首聘的“二类青年英才”原则上纳入博士后管理。基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额为27万元/年。

(2)学院待遇。根据引进人才的类别和工作要求,提供一定的补贴和科研启动费,具体面议。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,青年英才(博士后)可申请租住博士后公寓(不再享受租房补贴)。


特聘教师

1.引进条件

1学术英语特聘教师获得硕士及以上研究生学历学位。英语系语言国家留学归国者优先。中国籍人员要求本科、研究生均为英语相关专业,如英语语言文学、英语教育、应用语言学、跨文化交际、翻译等。持有CELTA或者权威TEFL/ TESOL 证书者优先。外籍人员要求以英语为母语,且来自英国、美国、澳洲、加拿大、新西兰等国家;至少2年英语教学经验;教育学或语言学专业毕业者优先。

2其他特聘教师符合学校基本招聘条件与学院招聘要求;获得硕士研究生以上学历学位;优先考虑拥有海外学习或工作经历者,能全英教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇特聘教师实施合同管理,不入事业编制;中国籍教师起点年薪12万元,外籍教师起点年薪16万

(2)学院待遇学院根据学历层次和职称进行另外补贴,其中无职称2万元/年,讲师职称3万元/年,副教授及以上职称4万元/年。


以上人才类别应聘者,如业绩特别突出的,年龄、学历要求可以适当放宽。此外,符合佛山市人才计划条件的教师,可按规定申请享受待遇,可参考《佛山市人民政府办公室关于印发佛山市高等教育高层次人才引进扶持办法的通知》

Announcement of Employment Opportunities

for Teaching Talents, Aberdeen Institute, SCNU

 

South China Normal University(SCNU) was founded in 1933, with a long history, complete range of disciplines and rapid development momentum. As a member of the “211 Project”, it enters the ranks of universities co-constructed by Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education, Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project and National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction.SCNU now boasts four campuses, namely Guangzhou Shipai Campus, Guangzhou University Town Campus, Foshan Nanhai Campus and Shanwei Binhai Campus. Foshan campus is jointly built by the university, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the People's Government of Foshan City, and the People's Government of Nanhai District. With the development strategy of internationalization, new engineering, interdisciplinary and research-oriented, it aims to develop into a special zone for talent cultivation, a demonstration zone for international education, a pilot zone for mechanism reform, and a demonstration zone for industry-university-research cooperation. Located in SCNU Foshan campus, the Aberdeen Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (hereafter referred to as “Aberdeen Institute”) is now openly recruiting outstanding teaching talents from home and abroad.

 

I. Introduction of Institute

The Aberdeen Institute is a non-legal-entity Sino-foreign joint institute established by South China Normal University and the University of Aberdeen. In May 2021, the Ministry of Education (MoE) officially approved the establishment of Aberdeen Institute, which is a teaching and research unit at SCNU. It marks the launch of the first Sino-foreign joint institute offering undergraduate program in artificial intelligence in China, the first Sino-foreign joint institute at SCNU, also the first of its kind in Foshan City. The Aberdeen Institute offering three four-year undergraduate programs, namely, artificial intelligence, software engineering, and information management & information systems.Currently, there are 727 students in the three cohorts.The total capacity is expected to reach 1,200 students in the future. It adopts the training mode of "4+0" "dual registration" "double degree" .


II. Requirements and Rewards

1. Outstanding Young Research Talents

(1) Requirements:In principle, the candidates' age should not exceed 40 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of natural science and should not exceed 45 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of humanity and social science. The candidates, with great potential for development, should have achieved original scientific research achievements and well-recognized by experts in the field. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

(2) Rewards

Rewards from SCNU: Employed within public institution staffing quota. The candidates can be recruited as professor, associate professor or position of equivalent level. The candidates will be rewarded with an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000-600,000 yuan. Housing Allowance of up to pre-tax 2 million yuan will be provided. Research start-up fund will be provided according to research fields and actual needs.

Rewards from Institute: According to the introduced type and job requirements of talents, a certain amount of subsidies and research startup funds will be provided, which will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.

Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.


2. Senior Research-oriented Teachers

(1) Requirements

The applicant should not be more than 50 years old in principle, and should hold a doctor's degree. The applicant should have a good academic reputation and academic leadership ability, have achieved landmark achievements recognized by international peers, and have rich scientific research achievements in the past five years. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English

(2) Rewards

Rewards from SCNU: Employed within public institution staffing quota. Salary and benefits are provided according to the policies of the nation, the province and the university.

Rewards from Institute: According to the introduced type and job requirements of talents, a certain amount of subsidies and research startup funds will be provided, which will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.

Other Benefits: The candidate's children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.


3. Teaching-oriented Research Staff

(1) Requirements:Candidates should meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the institute’s specific requirements. Doctoral candidates should be under the age of 35; The applicant shall be under the age of 40 if he/she has studied abroad and obtained a doctor's degree, or if he/she has at least one year of overseas research experience, or if he/she is a post-doctor. Candidates with senior professional and technical qualifications shall not exceed the age of 45. Taking priority to those with overseas learning or working experience. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English .

(2) Rewards

Rewards from SCNU: Pre-appointed teaching and research staff participate in the implementation of contract management. Salary and benefits shall be implemented with reference to the salary policies of staff within public institution staffing quota.  Participate in pension, medical, work-related injury, unemployment, maternity and other social insurance and deposit housing provident fund according to law.

Rewards from Institute: According to the introduced type and job requirements of talents, a certain amount of subsidies and research startup funds will be provided, which will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.

Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can also apply for renting interim apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.


4. Young Talents

(1) Requirements:The age of the candidates, preferably under 35, can be prolonged to 38 if he/she has outstanding academic performance in Science of Art, Philosophy,or Humanities and Social Science. Obtain a doctoral degree or engage in post-doctoral research work, with a good academic background and outstanding development potential, and have achieved high-quality innovative scientific research results. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

(2) Rewards

Rewards from SCNU: Young Talents will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Research Fellow. Salary consists of three parts, basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is 320,000 yuan per year.

Rewards from Institute: According to the introduced type and job requirements of talents, a certain amount of subsidies and research startup funds will be provided, which will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.

Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can also apply for renting interim apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.


5. Young Talents (Post-Doctors)

(1) Requirements:The candidates, preferably under 32, have good academic background, academic foundation and development potential, and have achieved innovative scientific research results. Preference will be given to applicants who have gained his/her doctorate degree from domestic universities and discipline ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or the top 500 universities in the world. Qualified Young Talent (Post-Doctors) will be under the management of the postdoctoral system. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

(2) Rewards

Rewards from SCNU: Young Talent (Post-Doctors) will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Associate Research Fellow and will be managed in the national or provincial postdoctoral system. Salary consists of three parts, basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is 270,000 yuan per year.

Rewards from Institute: According to the introduced type and job requirements of talents, a certain amount of subsidies and research startup funds will be provided, which will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.

Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. 6. Senior Teachers

1. Requirements

(1) Academic English TeachersThe applicants should have already acquired master degree or above qualification. The overseas talents returned from English-speaking countries are preferred. Chinese applicants are required to graduate from English-related majors in both undergraduate and graduate levels, such as, but not limited to English Language and Literature, English Education, Applied Linguistics, Intercultural Communication, Translation. Holders of CELTA or authoritative TEFL/TESOL certificates are preferred. Overseas applicants are required to be Native-English speakers, and are from the following countries like the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and etc. Overseas applicants should have at least 2 years of English teaching experience. Graduates in education or linguistics are preferred.

(2) Other Senior TeachersCandidates should meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the college’s specific requirements. Candidates should have already acquired master degree or above degree, taking priority to those with overseas learning or working experience. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2.Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU: The candidates will sign an employment contract with SCNU. The annual salary is 120,000 yuan. Benefits includes lawful social insurances such as pension, medical treatment, work-related injury, unemployment, childbirth, as well as housing fund and other benefits.

(2) Rewards from Institute: The Institute will provide a subsidy according to educational level and academic title. The candidates who do not have any academic title will enjoy 20,000 yuan per year, 30,000 yuan for lecturers per year, and 40,000 yuan per year for associate professors or above.
